I had a not good experience, but I'm giving them a 5 star because the manager Ronald was so kind enough to call me and listened to me, I believe he did everything he could to make me smile and assured me that things will be better. I will be coming back because of him,, they do make good food, and there is a youn man named Scott that has nice customer service. Thank you Ronald we will be coming back

Showed up during dinner rush, was quoted about 45min wait and it wound up being 25-30. Was sat in a booth, and that's when it got good. Waitress came over and introduced herself (Cristina). You could tell she was extremely busy, but it didn't slow her down at all. She was very attentive and even helped guide us through the menu because of dietary restrictions. Food took a little longer than anticipated, but Cristina made sure to communicate any issues or delays. She made the dining experience very nice and carefree. Absolute rockstar from her performance, and if you eat at this location, I recommend you ask for her. Easy to conversate with and made the entire night enjoyable. My kids even enjoyed her company

We had a great dinner tonight. Steak and lobster was outstanding and our timely. While the food was terrific for a “chain” restaurant what was the best was our server Christina. Best overall wait service in a very long time. We made sure to tell the manager, Angel how awesome she was and how much we enjoyed the food.
