My family and I didn’t realize their dining room closed at 9 (our fault), and we had been out and about looking at Christmas lights and needed something to eat. My mom and I needed to use the restroom and my poor mom was suffering. We walked up to the door and pulled the handle, it was locked, but the manager kindly came out and apologized. I don’t know what prompted him to do so, but he offered to let us use their restroom. He didn’t have to, and I certainly didn’t expect him to, but he did. We used the restroom as quickly as we could, and then went around the drive thru to get our food, and then left. Our food was delicious, and we got it very quickly, but what impressed me was the manager. I don’t know who it was, and he didn’t know that my mom is suffering through cancer and that she needs to visit the bathroom more frequently than most, be either way he let us in. His kindness was the icing on the already sweet evening we were all having. Thank you, who ever it was that night! You really didn’t have to let us in at all, it was very gracious.

Food was amazing, like ALWAYS! Service was OUTSTANDING, wouldn’t expect anything less though! Staff was ohhh sooooo friendly, and nothing short of awesome….but one employee stood out, and completely blew our mind’s, and just completely made our entire day/month!!!! CHASE, this review is for YOU!!! Chase was so refreshing, funny, charming, charismatic, quirky, polite, and very kind. Not your normal Chick-fil-a employee demeanor, personality, etc, He is SOOO MUCH MORE!!! We are so thrilled to have a client we clean for right across the street from this location, and we can not wait to interact & see this young man again! He definitely would make a GREAT manager one day, and deserves a raise in our book! 😉😉

Great service. The Chick-til-A One app was malfunctioning which of course was not this locations fault. Luke who took my order as well as the manager on outside expo were very friendly and helpful in dealing with the buggy app situation.

I was helped by such a sweet guy named Sebastian who took my order in the drive thru and was incredibly patient with me while I had to take a quick phone call, he knew me by name, called me Ma’am, and gave me a milkshake for free because of my bad day and boy did it make a difference. I go every Wednesday after work when I can and he normally takes my order and when he does he is always polite, kind, and flashing a smile. Definitely one of the reasons I go to CFA on Mandarin is because of the great and speedy service!

As a dine-in experience today.. 1st I purchased a combo meal and received cold waffle fries. I took them back up front to the cashier and she walked over and I was handed another large waffle fries that was basically warm that turned cold and greasy before I could eat half of them, which I just threw the rest away in the trash. Very disappointed Chick-fil-A you can do better!! When I go to the drive-thru I always receive fresh cooked and very “hot” waffle fries! Next time I will not deal with the front cashier because the manager needs to get this properly fixed, nobody likes cold waffle fries!!
2nd….Secondly the reason I have left a five-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review was for the excellent customer service I received from the in-store employee named “Sebastian” who was exceptionally polite and professional! From when I entered the building he greeted me with a polite smile and his great customer service continued after I received my meal. This tremendous employee “Sebastian” went above and beyond! The booth/table I walked over to had some crumbs on it. He rushed and got it clean quickly and as I was eating made sure I had all the condiments, my drink was refilled more than once and that I was happy in every way! As a previous CEO of a company for 25yrs which had many employees in the retail industry this young gentleman not only made me but made other tables in every other customer I could see he had encountered contact with feel welcomed & gave tremendous polite service. Even when I was leaving “Sebastian” thank me for my business and showed me that I was appreciated! I’ve been coming to all Chick-fil-A’s for 35+ years and this is the best customer service from an employee I’ve ever had!! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
