Customer service needs work, they charged for a medium frosty and gave us a small, we asked for the receipt and didn't receive it from the 1st or 2nd window. The 1st window said the 2nd window would give it to us but they said the 1st window should have given it to us.

Went inside. The lobby and tables are clean. The order was hot and fresh plus correct. The staff was nice.

Ordered Cobb salad and the baconator fries during lunch rush. They were a tad bit behind but managed to get my order in a decent amount of time. The salad was missing an ingredient, but all in all, I say good experience!

I believe them to be under staffed... It really shouldn't take 30 minutes in the drive thru to order and receive your food... Employees were pleasant and the food was good...

I had stopped going here because my orders were always wrong. But on this day, even though one of the burgers was made wrong, the food was hot, and I didn't have to wait as long for help.

The food is always good but I get what I order 9/10 times it'll be hot and fresh service is 7/10 hit or miss with staff but never rude just slow and fast days the atmosphere 10/10 always clean inside restaurant and bathrooms I order on app alot and 10/10 on getting my order right the first time will be back

The manager was working the register she was very pleasant she accepted mine and my brother's coupons. very good deals you all! it was bogo for a dollar & bogo free coupons that I received in the mail in the weekly flyer. the food was hot and juicy just like the slogan says delicious!I
