Typical fast food experience. Employees rush you through without making eye contact with you or saying hello or have a nice day. If you ask for your fries with no salt at this particular location they will without a doubt drop already seasoned fries back into the oil instead of making them fresh. Late night is especially terrible at this store.

We were in a hurry, our order got messed up. It took a long time. One employee said they had a couple of trainees. Had to ask twice for ketchup and BBQ sauce. They asked me for my receipt, I asked for it back, didn't get a and had to ask again and got a duplicate copy. This location seems to mess a lot of orders up. Food was cold. Fries aren't good cold. Burgers weren't even hot. Nuggets were good but not hot either.

I got there every morning for breakfast and one morning they had a different lady at the window. Keep in mind, I order THE EXACT SAME THING EVERYDAY. So when I get to the window she hands me the wrong scrambler and decides to tell me I’m wrong, I look at her and asked how the hell you going to tell me What I ordered. She said no you said this blah blah and luckily the manger who recognizes me since I’m there every morning she tells the girl she was absolutely wrong. Point is she messed up and decides to blame the customers. Didn’t ever see her again after that. The manager is awesome she really does what needs to be done and she’s nice. But 80 percent of the other stuff just seems to have little common sense or they just don’t care. If you guys gave the manager some good workers, this location would thrive. Also, don’t advertise 24 hours when it closes at 11 and opens at 6. Door says 24 hours as well as google search but the store doesn’t actually stay open. Just changed that or open it for 24 hours.

I love Krystal's and this one is the closest to my job. The service is always slow. Once I left the drive thru line because they were taking too long. Another time I went inside...which was empty....because they were taking too long. The inside is always dirty. The Manager (Jenkins) touched the food and the money. The cashier was leaning on the counter. The one person making the burgers picked up a headset off the ground and did not change her gloves. The cashier had to take an order out to a persons car and it wasn't even busy. They did offer me a free drink for my wait but there were no straws! That place is awful but I want a Krystal burger sometimes. Does the owner ever go in there and check out their investment? That place needs new employees and a makeover. If I could give them a half star that would still be too much for them.

The food was good when we finally received it. The service was horrible. The person taking our order seemed to have a problem understanding that we wanted 5 combos and not 5 Krystal burgers. Thank goodness the manager understood. Then we had to wait about 15 minutes for the order. This is not the first time we had problems placing an order with them. We won't be returning to this location even though we pass it on the way home from work.

I waited about 10 minutes at the register for the lady to take my order, there was no one in front of me. After waiting to place my order I waited 15 minutes before going to the counter to see why I hadn't received my food. Carol, the lady who took my order, had no clue as to what I had ordered, Needless to say it took another 10 minutes to actually receive my food. I had ordered my eggs over medium, they were overcooked and the yoke was broken on two out of three. I've been coming to this Krystal for years and have never had an experience as bad as this one. I don't think my expectations are to high. I expected to have my order taken within a few minutes of standing at the counter, my food to be cooked correctly and prepared quickly. Carol never apologized for the wait or the food being overcooked.
