China Moon

This was my first and only visit so far but I will definitely be back. I thought my former favorite place was good Chinese food. But now i know that they are not. I got Egg Rolls, Honey Chicken with House Lo Mein. Everything was fresh and hot. I ordered online very easily, and it was ready when it said it would be. The Egg Rolls were amazing, flaky, and delicious. The Honey Chicken was glazed in what I can only assume was pretty much, real Honey. Not that thin, syrupy substance that I'm used to from other places. It wasn't drowned, but rather plenty enough to coat it well. There wasn't even much left in the bowl. It stayed on the Chicken, which had a crisp, airy batter, and a tender juicy center. The Lo Mein had so much meat that there wasn't all that many noodles. if I had one critique, that would be it. But is that really a bad thing? The beef I saw, looked pulled instead of processed. The chicken and pork was in big, tender, juicy chunks as well. Everything was dynamite! I'm trying the Bourbon Chicken and Veggie Rice next time.
