Le Macaron French Pastries Avenues Mall

The food was amazing and I love going there. I’ve been to Paris before and the food tastes just as good as that, so props to whoever makes it. But I’m actually writing this review because of one of the workers there. His name is Reyshaune and he is one of the sweetest and best employees i’ve ever seen. He is so passionate about all of the food and he seems so happy to be there every time we come. He is truly such an amazing sales person. He has a way with words and he passionately describes each flavor you ask him about and you can tell he enjoys what he does. He’s so polite and sweet and he truly is one of the main reasons my friends and I keep coming back there.

I really wanted to give a shout-out to a gentleman, named Reyshaune, who assisted my party of 7 at this location recently. We arrived close to the closing time and he was beyond helpful and very informative about the desserts available. He was the perfect example of what exceptional customer service should be like. Based on his personality it seemed as though that is how he is all the time which is fantastic. I honestly thought he was the manager based on how passionate he was about everything so to find out that he wasn't was shocking. He truly takes pride in what he does and genuinely wants happy customers. I am an Orlando Foodie Influencer and I can tell you that I don't always see this level of service unless a business knows who I am and that I would be posting about them, but he did not. I hope this reaches his management team so they are aware (if they don't know already) how great Reyshaune is!!

First time trying this place today, i’d say it was pretty great. I ordered through doordash, which made it simple. The options for the macarons on doordash are very slim, but still amazing options. Two of the original flavors that i ordered were sold out, but the store contacted me directly and offered two other similar options to replace them. This was no big deal, as the two that i swapped for were still delicious. The person that had called me was very kind and helpful, i believe his name was Peter. Overall, i’d recommend this place! Thanks guys!
