Terrible customer service. Terrible! Quality is not guaranteed. Dangerous for health. We ordered pizza many times here, but Once I ordered browny and it had a piece of onion there! That onion spoiled flavor very much. I contacted customer service - no response. Placed a feedback - no response. Zero. Well, that could be an accidental mistake. We didn't give up on the place. Last time we ordered pizza it had spoiled pineapple. Totally spoiled, so that even when we removed pineapple, the pizza still had spoiled flavor. You know, it's not only flavor,. Itis actually dangerous for health. I work in the kitchen and I know how it works. And spoiled pineapple tells me that they don't care about safety standards. And they obviously don't care about customers -at all! Because guess what - customer service doesn't respond this time too. They just take your money and don't guarantee quality.

I ordered today online to be delivered to the school so I call for the status of my order the guy told me that the first driver didn’t make it because the street was block. I mean hello you didn’t even call of what’s going on on my order pizza is expected on my sons volleyball celebration. Just at least a call. Very poor communicau

Just spoke to the store manager Maha because our order was delivered to the wrong address. She proceeded to speak to me in a disrespectful tone while I was trying to explain myself. She then proceeded to tell me “you have a problem then dispute it with your bank, not with me” and then hung up me. If I was rude to her then I would understand her reaction but she came out swinging before I could say much. It’s upsetting to be treated like a nuisance, having them hang up on me like I didn’t spend money to get the food. A little kindness would have gone a long way, but now they lost a customer.
