Went to Wimpy last night at half past 8, they close at 8:45 we asked if they were open for eat ins, because of the time, the manager insisted we can sit down. Served us with a smile and even let the rest of the staff go and see to us himself. We were the only people in the restaurant. Brilliant service

If there's 1 Wimpy I frequently visit, this would be it. From the watrons to the managing staff, everyone has a smile on their faces, and are always there to assist and make you feel like you're at home. Keep up the great work Wimpy Fordsburg! See you guys soon!!

Place was not its usual bustling Saturday morning..food took over 40 minutes to arrive, the eggs and smoked beef were cold and stiff, and the tea was cold..just terrible and disappointing and not what I expected when I usually go there... New owners should put up a board with direct contact details because the manager doesn't seem to be too interested..or maybe he is too bored in an empty restaurant.

A very disappointing departure from the service we used to enjoyed when the place was owner run and sadly we shall never patronize the place again.

One of my favorite Wimpy branches because the food here seems much better than most other branches. Friendly staff and good service.
Only issue is lack of parking and dingy street as soon as you step out of the restaurant.
