Applebee's

We were asked to leave our phone number and wait in the car for 20 min. No one called so we when inside after 30 min and we were seated immeditely. Takes very long to get the drink and food. Server was nice but talks too much. Food was very good but they gave only 1 celery and the steak was terrible. The onion ring was too oily. It seems they r short of staff on the floor and the kitchen.

Their service stank!!! We walked in and nobody even paid attention to us or wanted to seat us. We had to ask someone to be seated. Once seated, nobody wanted to serve us. I mean one woman kept walking back and forth and refused to even make eye contact!! After like 15 minutes we finally got a server and he was nice but not very attentive. Food was good, but everything was a waiting game. Got our appetizers before we even got our drinks and main course took forever!!! I'd never go back to this Applebees

I know you are probably short staffed because I waited longer to be seated and served. My server was very pleasant and accommodating. I tried something new on the menu this time. I think it is called the impossible burger. It is plant based and it was very good. It is also fewer calories than a regular hamburger. That makes it even better. I hope you are able to add to your staff because I've never had a complaint about your food or service.

We went there tonight with 7 people no reservations seated within 5 mins and then we even added another person and it wasn't a problem. We had Sky as our waitress we are a loud and very complex family lol and she did great!! She was very fast and friendly!! Food was good loved the French onion soup!!

This is what’s happening to our country right now. Everywhere you go, nobody has work ethic and thinks they are entitled to everything for nothing. I feel bad for managers and anyone in a supervisor role these days. This new generation thinks they shouldn’t have to work for anything or thinks they should start at the top. Can’t imagine trying to find a good entry level workforce in this country anymore. What’s a joke. Fries tasted like they were from yesterday, very simple instructions on what I didn’t want on my burger but weren’t followed. Couldn’t even eat my meal due to an allergy and I’m sure if I would of went back nothing would be better. Won’t be back.

To be fair life is really hard right now. But this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. In their defense the were very short staffed, but I draw the line when there is a pink hair in my food. Manager did a great job and was very apologetic. It may have just been a bad day to visit. Don't think we will try them again. I do wish them the best.
