Louis Joliet Renaissance Center

My husband and I had not only 1, but 2 weddings at the Renaissance Center! This is the the best venue to have your ceremony and reception at, hands down. We had our small covid friendly ceremony here on the beautiful atrium stairs in November 2020, then finally were able to have the reception of our dreams in the banquet hall 1 year later on our anniversary. The staff goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. We had the greatest experience working with them, and our guests loved it here and their experience as well! Gorgeous venue, awesome, helpful, and very friendly staff, (huge shout out to Maura & Charlie), & delicious food. Thank you Renaissance Center!

Joliet library star wars day. Vendors at the renaissance center. Good turn out. The renaissance center is a great destination all it's own without us star wars fans. Interesting exhibits, friendly knowledgeable staff, easy parking and surrounded by more interesting things within walking distance.

We chose the Renaissance for our wedding reception venue (married in September 2021) and could not have been happier with our decision! We received so many compliments from our guests on the facility, the spacious dance floor, the food, and the attentiveness from the staff! From the beginning, Mo (Maura) and Charlie were incredibly organized and remained attentive throughout the whole planning process. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had our wedding at the Renaissance center in April after two years of rescheduling and it could not have gone better. Months after the fact our guests are still complimenting everything from the food to the service to the overall picture perfect setting. Mo and Charlie helped enormously with recommendations and the kind of steady competence that was much appreciated during the stressful planning period. The downtown location also photographed really well for the bridal party pictures. If you want to not worry about anything on your big day and to leave an impression of elegance on your guests the renaissance center is the perfect venue for you. PS get the grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters. Huge crowd favorite

The Renaissance in Joliet is a very nice and ample sized venue. Though the occasion that we were there on was sad, yet the banquet hall is nice. The only draw back is that you have quite a bit of stairs to access the banquet room. The elevator was not working and there were men and women in their 80's and 90's there. But overall, it is a very nice hall and the food wS good. It was nice that they had serve it yourself coffee, lemonade and tea too.

We recently had our daughter’s wedding reception here. The management and staff were extremely helpful in planning the event. Their knowledge and expertise of all the fine details for planning such an event, was greatly appreciated. They are all very easy to work with. The night of our event, the food was absolutely outstanding, the service was impeccable and the venue looked gorgeous. It was a dream come true kind of day for all of us!
