7-eleven

This store is located at 3620 Rock Creek Blvd., Joliet, IL, just north of I-80 off of Houbolt Rd. The bathroom was disgusting, filthy and unsanitary. Even the toilet paper was unsanitary, with a yellow liquid stain on one end from some liquid that had soaked into it. Fortunately, I had kleenex in my pocket, which I used to turn the faucet on and off and open the door. I didn't buy anything here because of the filthy state of the rest of the store as well. I haven't seen a bathroom this disgusting since the 1970s. I will avoid 7 Eleven in favor of CENEX or CONOCO or Sinclair stations, which have always been sanitary (so far). I can't believe 7 Eleven doesn't monitor the cleanliness and other conditions of their stores. This store deserves a negative rating, not a 1.

If I could give zero starts I would the lady on night shift wouldn’t sell us any tobacco products, my ID says I’m over 21 instead of putting 00 because I’m born in 2000 she kept putting 20 instead of 00 making it seem like I was born last year asked for corporate and her boss’s number and she “didn’t have it” and I thought in retail you were supposed to always have the cooperate’s number ! Completely a scam go to the next store if you can!

The lady who works here told me that they cannot take online cigarette coupons because it’s a scam? How is it a scam if the coupon is from the manufacturer? And I have used plenty of online coupons here before. Now that I was told I can’t use the coupon after I clicked on it I can’t use it somewhere else anymore. I will definitely not be coming back here!!!! Go to BP across the street where it’s cheaper anyway!

I went to this store and had the owner I believe make several attempts to fraudulently steal money from my credit card. The first charge was for 20.00 in fuel, he claimed it didn’t go through. There were about 5-6 more charges and he claims they were declined, in fact my credit card text me multiple fraud alerts for different amounts of 20 10 40 20 all charges he claimed were declined. I knew that all charges would be accepted. When I finally went to put fuel in he only approved 10.00 at the pump. WATCH OUT FOR THE GUY AT THE COUNTER HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. Also he was yelling at a African American customer and treated her like a criminal .

Store cluttered and dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet paper was held on the handicap bar by a shoe string, toilet regurgitated the toilet paper after having to hold for a flush, the actual soap and sanitizer dispensers were empty, and sink plumping has a lot of play and no hot water. I didnt trust food after the bathroom! This is the second most ghetto and gross bathroom I've been to on 35 years of road trips.
