Took about 20 minutes to get two medium milkshakes due to blenders being broken. While that's understandable, since things break, what wasn't was the lack of communication. Had we been told this was going to take a long time when we pulled into the drive through it would have alleviated a lot of the confusion. We parked and waited about 15 minutes before going in and given the explanation as to why it took so long. When we finally got them, one was made overly thick and one was overly thin.

Sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes waiting for a sundae and a scoop of ice cream after I waited in line. Got my sundae and it was just 3 scoops of ice cream with a little whip cream. They were out of nuts, cherries and told me I had to ask for hot fudge? That's why I asked for a Sundae and not just 3 scoops of ice cream.... Geez what a mess

Never got a full serving of ice cream here. They always give 3/4 of a scoop at most. Today the ice cream was so soft, it melted everywhere before I could eat it.
