This place is so unorganized, the manager needs some training. Staff and crew need some training on GMPs this place is nasty. Manager Erika working the register then working the food pack line without washing hands!!! Line of people complaining about missing items. Crew members can’t seem to work together. Just stay away dirty!!

This is the 2nd time they don't listen. Once before I ordered 2 famous bowl with extra gravy. I didn't get extra gravy. I got easy gravy. I tried again today. I ordered 2 famous bowls, one regular and one spicy and said heavy gravy on both. They did it on the spicy and no gravy on the regular which was mine. I am livid. Erika don't listen. I'm done with them.

Poor Customer Service Food is of poor quality. Ordered a two piece dark given two piece white. Ordered honey barbque wings given spicy drumetts an expensive poor experience with a 30 minute wait that included a 15 minute wait for requested honey barbque wings. Went through drive thru Im done with KFC how does a chain resturant mess up food? It should be good its a franchise! They had coupons for June on the window in April when you ask for that which you see advertised they say oh that does start until June yet another example of a poorly ran chain resturant.

This was one of the better experiences as the person was polite and service was quick, but I ordered an extra large corn with the family meal that I was charged for but never received. The three stars are because when I tried calling the restaurant to have the corn cost reimbursed no one answered the phone - frustrating.

The restaurant really needs to be cleaned, or an update. Several customers, including ourselves weren't even acknowledge for a while at the counter. The staff member who did help us was asking questions about food we were ordering, and other members would not acknowledge him until he had to raise his voice. The food was very good on the other had.

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwich combos and was told it would be a 20 min wait. I was surprised but decided it would be fine. I’ll just run across the street and come back. I came back after 20 min and they said it would be another 15 minutes. I find that to be completely ridiculous. I was told it was because they were frozen? I didn’t make a big deal but I’m pretty frustrated being that the worker was so nonchalant about it and didn’t seem to want to make the situation better or even apologize. Just bad customer service.. I ended waiting a total of 40 minutes. Fast food?
