I was on my way to the airport and wanted some food for the flight. It was early morning, so I ordered the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and some hash browns. The sandwich was really good, but the hash browns were a bit burnt.

This location has the best coffee! It’s cheaper than Starbucks too. Occasionally the donuts are hit or miss e.g stale. That’s the only con here.

BEST DUNKIN’ 🍩 LOCATION. We all know DD lost it’s donut touch but NOT THIS Dunkin’! I still can’t figure out why these donuts are so good compared to other locations but I’m not complaining. DELICIOUS— Doesn’t matter if it’s a morning or nighttime purchase. Worth it here.

My drink is never perfect, they get it right 1/10 times but their donuts taste better than other Dunkin’ Donuts somehow! The lines can be incredibly long and it moved very slowly

This is probably the worst Dunkin in the joliet area. Not only are the lines super long for the drive thur and take 20 minutes, the older man who works mornings is super rude every time i go in. IF the lobby is open, you have to wait for someone to notice you. If you order ahead on the app and pick up, your food will be cold and no matter who you order, your drink will be wrong. Honestly, save your self some time and go to another Dunkin.

Dunkin’ is good as long as you go first shift. If you go later after dinner they seem to not be able to make a Americano, and just give you a regular coffee, but still charge for the americano. This has happened several times over the last several months. Usually if you do the online order to pick up. Want it done right, go first shift!

Good coffee as always. But there should be better signage. It is hard to see from the street.

Good food, It's Dunkin donuts what do you expect, Long Lines, Coffee was okay but tastes old, Cold Drinks were good, and Tea with Lemonade is great always there in the summer, Good Mint Hot Chocolate and most of all it was cheap. Hot Chocolate is 5.25-5.75 depending on the size you want.
