Nando's

Overall not the best Nandos experience. Long wait and kids chicken pitas were cold. Initially we sat at the back of the restaurant but had not noticed some chairs blocking off half the seated area. We were asked to move and told they had decided to close this area. Half a restaurant closed with a row of seats does not look great but assume, COVID?!? Once sitting at the front there was a friendly staff member who kept coming back to check on us. There seemed to be a crazy amount of orders being made for delivery and it was a good 30mins or so before we got our order! The longest I have ever waited in any Nandos anywhere and then when the kids chicken pitas arrived they were cold! Luckily the guy who came to check on our meals was only too pleased to get it replaced, think you save our experience! Thank you! Part way through our order I looked up and saw a couple sitting eating KFC at a table and putting Nandos sauce onto it.

Ordered a Classic Burger and was alittle bit disappointed. Mainly because the bread was dry, and the top of the bread sorta caved in. The chicken was okay, sauce was okay. Not a bad place, but I was starving so just sort of disappointed me. I have been to other Nando places and that was good, Joondalup sort of gaved way. As though, the cashier lady was super nice when I ordered.

Useless. Went in for my lunch break, i have client based work so have no flexibility. Ordered a simple half chicken combo. 25 minutes later, no food and the grill is empty. I approach the counter and they realise their mistake. I say I have no time to wait now, and asked for a refund. The server said they could not do this as there was no manager onsight. Either refunding the eftpos or providing cash was not possible withoit their approval, and they made no offer to contact them. Instead, I was asked to leave my details and now have to chase up my own refund. I have never been to an establishment that makes it impossible for employees to fix point of sale issues. If this is not the policy, this staff member needs retraining. If this is the policy it is a stupid policy, especially for a place with a high number of low value sales. The risk of authorizing employees to process refunds is next to none. The idea this is impossible without a manager present is ridiculous, and now i have waste even more of my time to get a refund, on top of not getting to eat lunch today. Complete waste of my time. Not coming back here and will advise people not to.

Just went in there with partner and daughter. Staff refused to take order saying to do via QR code. Not all fones can order through QR code and to top it of after sending us back to our table without taking our order he took an order of another customer. Lazy? Favoritism? I don't know what it was but poor effort for sure.
