*non food review* My sister just applied here to be a driver and the owner said he “couldn’t afford” to pay her minimum wage. So he offered $17 an hour and said she needed to pay her own fuel and have an ABN so he didn’t have to contribute to her superannuation. If anyone is considering a job here be ware. If anyone is currently working here and subjected to this illegal practice please contact fair work. Happy to speak to the owner if he deems this review inaccurate.

Absolutely terrible pizza. I used to love this place with the old owners, now it is awful. Ordered the pulled pork and slaw which I have had numerous times before, what arrived was an absolute joke. Hardly any meat and big slices of raw carrot. Contacted Crust head office who forwarded my complaint to Joondalup branch. No contact made by them. Extremely disappointed.

Extremely annoyed. I made an online order last night only to receive a phone call informing me that their ovens were "broken". I was then told that I would receive a phone call about my refund. Well still haven't received a phone call and no refund and apparently no one in the store can answer phones either. Really terrible customer service.

Pizza was to the normal standard for the a Crust when collected BUT... I ordered to a location specifying delivery to ECU Village and received a call saying they couldn't deliver inside a facility (ECU Village is on the opposite side to the ECU entrance) and offered a refund. I requested the refund and was informed I would be refunded by midnight but it may take a few days to clear. A week later with no refund I contacted head office who said the order was being processed (I had also started a dispute on Paypal just before this call). A week later still no refund and no reply to the Paypal contact. On escalating within the Paypal system it was refunded within 24 hours (therefore not actually pushed through by Paypal but approved by Crust). Very poor service. I doubt if I hand't followed it up I would have received my refund.
