Mcdonald's

Disgusting. Rubbish all over the place inside and out. Never seen such a disgusting public place. Seriously. Kiosk printer error couldn't print my ticket. Service slower than normal. Mess on practically every table spilt coke. On floor and tables. What health hazards lie here. Complained to manager who just laid down this excuse. We are short staffed. This place needs to be visited by a health inspector and shut down.1 star review cos I can't five it negative stars.

Usually decent service in the morning. But the afternoon shift were too busy talking about what sort of substance they’ll be snorting after shift to hear my request. Asked for the teabag to be taken out of the cup after a few dunks and when I was given the drink that simple request couldn’t be reiterated as the two individual were hollering around so I left it on the window. Please find another job if I cannot do customer service

The food.. well it's Maccas... so I don't eat it... but my boy loves the nuggets, and we were on way home from the rugby (go the Blues) the young guy on the window was down right rude and obnoxious. Had it not been so late with school in the morning I would have left. The guy who brought the food out (we had to wait) was totally different so pleasant cheerful and apologetic we had to wait for the food.

i came through at about 6:40 this morning, got a drink and a toasted banana bread. i got to work and my banana bread (that i had asked for toasted) had just been chucked into a bag unwrapped and and not toasted. i didn’t even get a knife, napkin or butter. pretty disappointing way to start the morning :/

Ordered instore, onscreen which was fine although we did not receive a receipt and thus were not assigned an order number. Then we waited more than 15 mins for our takeaway order, having to guess at which might be ours by size of bag, and enquire what was inside. Then when ours did finally come we found the burgers were correct but not as we had ordered (included mustard and onions we had asked to be removed). Store was very clearly understaffed, and completely overwhelmed. We just took what we had been given and left. Even by the usual McDonald's low bar, this was not great. If you HAVE to havesome Maccas, I really do remecommend you try another location.
