Cora

Overpriced and overrated. I've eaten at their location in Burnaby and was not impressed but thought I'd try the Kamloops location, only to be disappointed again. Food portions small relative to price, and taste just doesn't cut it. For my takeout, they forgot to include the chocolate spread and whipped cream for the strawberry crepe, and I didn't have time to walk back to request it. I love breakfast places, but Cora's has struck out twice. Service has also been lackluster in both places. For a good breakfast, good service, and reasonable prices, make the extra effort and head to downtown Kamloops to Frankly Coffee or Hello Toast.

The Eggs Benedict were good the Gluten Free Fruit salad was very sad, the menu said gluten free granola not cheap frosted flakes. The fruit salad had mostly banana and a strawberry they missed the green on. The waitress Sabrina was amazing. They really have to do a better job of GF..$16.00 for that fruit salad really

For a franchise that focuses on breakfast. The meal I ordered (Western Omelette) with cheese added extra. It was dry, the omelette was flat and the potatoes were less than appetizing. The toast was heavy with butter with pb. and jam of low quality. The coffee was the best part of the meal although over priced. The bill came to $24.10 for that price there are far better places for the first meal of the day.

The best thing about Cora's is the fresh fruit. This time, we were satisfied with the quality of fruit. It is hit or miss, depends on the ripeness of the fruit available to them. We ordered fruit & custard crepe for sharing and their basic 2 eggs with bacon and potatoes with toast. Hard to mess up a simple order like that. We were satisfied. It's not inexpensive, but it is a treat to get a lot of fresh fruit. We packed up our fruit to go and snacked on them later as we drove back to Alberta.

Went there at 1030 am with 5 kids! The service was amazing, everyone got the correct orders and all the kids got their meals as ordered and in a timely fashion. The waitress stayed on top of everyone- great job! Even allergies were taken care of - thank you so much for another wonderful Sunday family brunch

Cora is one of the best places for a high quality breakfast, always constantly perfect! I normally get the eggs Bennett and it's always served hot and fresh with great hash brown baby potatoes and lots of fresh fruit and it's fresh fruit or they don't serve it. Great staff friendly service, seated and served quickly. All orders are delivered fast. Great job Cora's
