After waiting for owner to finish her smoke outside, I finally received my order. Potato cakes were razor thin, Dim Sims were cremated with half the filling fallen out, chips were half raw, Fish souvlaki was rancid with off tasting sauce, and check out the photo of a fish bite, about the size of a chicken nugget..$2.50 each....

Bought fish and chips there 2night.got lrg chips and other things.counted t.f hem we got 64 chips!my daughter rang 2 complain and got no satisfaction.

Worst fish and chips ever had. Flake is MOSTLY batter and hardly any fish. All the food is poor quality and they have zero clue on how to make fish and chips. New owners are a joke and should retire from this industry. Worst $40 spent. Food is terrible.

Was looking forward to my fish and chips, you can imagine my surprise, when i got home, I discovered that my dim sim was burnt and so were my chips, and my flake was OK. I couldn't be bothered to return to shop to show them what i was given. Shame on them!!! Do not go there!!!
Wondering why the girl that serve me was so friendly.

If I could give zero as a rating I would. New owners are producing terrible food! My flake was 80% uncooked batter and I had difficulty finding the fish. I gave the rest of the food to the dog. Please don't waste your time and money going here! Horrible!

Must say the best food and service i have encountered in a very long time. Food was perfect and full of flavor and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend. Will see you guy's again soon. Thanks guys

For years I have known what Melbourne's people know as flake - is not as decades past - gummy shark.
A few weeks ago I ordered 2 pieces of Sharky's Flake. For first time in 5 decades. the shape, texture and taste was horrible. Chewy.
I could not get my hungry body to eat the other one - short of a bite it might be different.
Even if the cook selected the wrong fish, no fried fish should be sold on Melbourne that is 'chewy'. All fish melts in mouth except for my two pieces from Sharky's

I don't leave reviews but they deserve it! Food was exceptional! Huge and fresh barramundi, massive! And very fresh and delicious scallops and dim sims. The best fish and chips I've had
