Nice workers here and the food is okay most of the time, however the chips are undercooked every time I eat from here. The zinger chicken used in burgers and twisters are sometimes rubbery and concerns me.
In the past they would always mess up my order, but its great that it hasn't happened in a while.
Other than that, this place is alright!

This KFC gives us wing chicken pieces, there's barely any meat on the wings, they should give 20 pieces of chicken if they're going to throw wings in there. Just cut up some more chickens, i'm sure KFC can afford it, they're a popular franchise and they get teenagers to work so they pay less.

Order 9:23PM. They comfirm order and last mins they cancelled. I tried to call them 8 times,they just hand up the phone. None of the staff notice us about cancel order. I have come all the way to the store and they told me that they have to cancel my order because Run out of stock. They just want take your money and doesn't respect customer.

Terrible chips, terrible service, terrible wait times (even when you’re the only one there) chips are undercooked and they bag cold drinks in with your burgers causing your burgers to become cold. I’ve live in keilor for 24 years and this KFC has never failed to disappoint. Unfortunately it’s the only kfc nearby. Please change management here.

Nice staff and we were able to select the pieces we like for our original recipes. The chips were a tad soggy though, can do with a little longer in the fryer.

Food was great, service was good but the restaurant seating and table's inside weren't cleaned afterwards, and wasn't very welcoming.
