Hungry Jacks

I understand that errors in orders happen and will happily wait for it to be corrected ... BUT when you have a staff member come out and tell me pretty much next time I should get it right with attitude so distasteful and the body language.. This of course not acceptable so I walk in to chat to manager Kaitlyn about the customer service and the staff member who was very rude stares at me with a 'I don't care' look.. on top of that whilst expressing my dissatisfaction another staff rudely interrupts and cuts me off with her 2 cents... Response from manager 'I will have a private chat with her' ... no apology until I mention I will leave my thoughts on google review ... Absolutly very very rude customer service and a real lack of basic manners... my rating would be an absolute 0 stars... Kaitlyn the manager acknowledges that she can't do anything but have a private chat ... but how about offering support for her staff on refresher on customer service??? Absolutely rude she was and the lack of leadership def shows...

Ordered 2x pork belly hunger tamer meals and the best part of the whole meal was a the pre packaged sauce. The coke was flat as, chips so salty that I might as well have eaten a spoon of salt, Burgers so poorly made we questioned if we got the right meal, more sauce in the wrapping than in the burger. Nuggets were passable.

To Caitlin working 4th of July around 9:00pm ( sorry if I spelt your name wrong) your amazing and so funny girl thank you so much for your custmoer service and understanding and for being very communicative with me...... we have all had an issue with menulogs mistake at some point in our lives and tonight that was mine -_- An awesome employer at hungry jacks keilor downs thanks agian x. :)

Been terrible last few times. Possibly under new management as never had problems here before. Definitely will not go back here again especially after today! This is beyond a joke. The burger shown wasn’t even in the bottom of the bag and is completely squashed. The rest of the food that was ordered (drive-thru) was also either bland or greasy. In addition , three of six burgers were given to us and then we were told to drive into the waiting bay for the rest and then they came and snatched the bag from us and took it in to put in the rest of the order. I have included a picture of the receipt as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive-thru. $80 wasted and a family night ruined.
