Stefano's Pizza

Food was amazing and so was the atmosphere - Lots of TVs to watch the games and a few arcade machines. The kitchen is behind a full glass wall so it's nice.to be able to watch them work. Would have been 5 stars but the service was really slow and not very attentive. I assume now that everyone is short staffed and lower my expectations at all restaurants, but this was even below that standard. I will return because the food was that good!

It was not what expect from them at all. My pizza was not deep dish. Now I am not sure I want. No way to contact them though there site. I love there deep dish pizza not what I got. I paid 16 bucks for it. It’s good pizza but not what I want. They have best Detroit style pizza and usually get from the campus location.

Moldy crust! Manger said dough was made daily and claimed the discoloration was a reaction of something in the yeast and oil. It clearly looks like mold and we are not the only review that has had this issue. The crust was also undercooked. Wings were good but hard to eat after seeing a moldy crust. Manager was kind enough to refund the pizza but we will not be returning. Also beware when placing orders online they are closed for private events on Mondays. The system was still allow you to place an order but it will push it to the following day.

Great pizza… even better cheesesteak! The customer service here is outstanding. I made a mistake with my order and a female manager took great care of me. She fixed my order with NO problem and encouraged me to take what they had already brought out. The portions are amazing and I will definitely be back!

Great modern pizza place that serves hot from the oven pizza, wings that are amazing and excellent service to go along with it. I thought when I pulled up that this place would be like every other chain and was amazingly surprised by the quality of the food. We will definitely be back to enjoy it again. And...Thursday has a special of 99 cent wings!!

If pizza restaurants were all like this, we'd mostly go out for pizza instead of getting it delivered. The new Hardin Valley location is great for so many reasons. First, the staff is pretty amazing and friendly. Second, the atmosphere is cozy yet open and airy. But the main draw is that delicious pizza. P.S. it even reheats well but back to the pizza! The crust whether white or wheat is thick and fluffy with a crunch that isn't greasy. They also offer a thin crust gluten free dough that I cannot comment on since I've never had it. To me the pizza is a cross between a traditional deep dish and a thick pan crust with a nice curb to hold on the mountain of toppings. I actually got about 24 inches of cheese pull before I had to use my other hand to twirl the cheese and break it free from the pan. I must say the ingredients are all fresh and top notch with even the salads using delicious spinach and arugula and even little fresh mozzarella pearls. The pizzas may take a little while (20-30 minutes) but that's because quality isn't quick! I'm looking forward to my return so I can try the cheesesteak sub! Keep up the great work guys!
