Mcdonald's

They have the best Manager there that works with his people and not put his workers down. We have noticed several times that every thing seems to run efficiently there and everyone is so nice from the drive thru to the dining room. We always make it a point to try to always stop there on our way home to get good food that is prepared well and correctly! Everyone that works there needs a good raise with lots of praise! Thanks to all that works there!

Ordered on mobile app to avoid line in drive thru. Arrived and no curbside so I try to go inside. Doors locked at 8am. Counted 8 employees inside and they are running drive thru only. Manager tries to force me into drive thru at end of line. Then tried to cancel my order. If I didn't point put it was on the screen they would have.

Never had an issue with this McDonald’s until tonight. The guy in the present window, not the one who took our order he was fantastic, was extremely rude. We were only trying to have our coupon rung in, we were interrupted multiple times and told that they were “too busy to ring anything else in” which it was only a code NOT FOOD. He would not let us explain. I didn’t get his name but he was an older gentleman in a red zip up. Other than that this Mcds has always been kind. Which I understand keeping the drive thru moving, I worked at MCDs for 3 years same position, it only takes 2 seconds to ring in the code and there was one other car in line.

There were only 2 people working; an older white man and a younger African American man. Upon getting to the only attended window we gave the younger man our code from our loyalty program. He proceeded to be extremely rude and unwelcoming. I heard the incessant beeping and made a comment of “I felt for him having to hear that never ending beep” and he said “you know what drives me crazy? People who come up to the window giving promo codes after they order” and then just slammed the window closed, it was incredibly unwelcoming and where I come from that isn’t acceptable. We will be choosing a new late night option across the street at Taco Bell for now on where we feel more welcome.
