The lady taking my order was nice, but these people do Not know how to make the food. This is ridiculous. I will never return nor recommend this location. My tacos are all smashed with hardly any meat, and the crunch wrap supreme? Seriously? Who taught these people to make the food this way? They need to be fired or retrained. Unacceptable! Do NOT spend your money here. Go elsewhere!

THE WORST TACO BELL IN TOWN, THEY ALWAYS MESS UP THE FOOD AND ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING, AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE, MESSY, NOT PUT TOGETHER RIGHT AND CARELESSLY THROWN TOGETHER. Every single time I stop at this taco bell I spend at least $40 and no matter what shift and no matter what I order, they mess up making almost every single food item and they ALWAYS forget something. The food is horribly thrown together without a care and when you try to unwrap it, EVERYTHING FALLS APART, MAKES A MESS AND STICKS TO THE PACKAGE. Besides the fact of the food always having almost no ingredients, they are also all on one side of the taco, burrito or quesadilla. No matter what I order THEY ALWAYS MESS IT UP!!! Very rude customer service and they don't have a care in the world about the food they make and serve you. Three seperate times I got a chicken quesadilla with 1 or 2 pieces of overcooked chicken and always on one side of the tortilla with a med of sauce everywhere all over it. THEY SHOULD FIRE EVERY SINGLE PERSON WORKING AT THIS RESTAURANT ESPECIALLY THE COOKS AND MANAGERS!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! It would be worth it just to get good food to drive to another location farther away or go to a different restaurant entirely.

AWFUL. Ordered chicken quesadilla just to have an uncut tortilla with all the sauce and chicken all to one side. I ordered food at 12:20 am, and the woman who took my order was incredibly rude with me. She cut me off mid ordering to tell me the total, and whenever I told her that I wasn’t finished ordering, she audibly sighed at me before responding with “k.” NO SAUCE AT ALL!!! This was after I asked for a variety of sauces! Do NOT order from here.

THEY CLOSE AT 1am NOT 2/3am! ! Went to get food after work on my way to the home and they were closed. They also audibly laughed when the speaker said that the location was closed. I stopped at the gas station and got some chips there. Please update your open hours to 1am instead of 2am!

Love this place! This has been my go to place for many years now and this is my favorite Taco Bell! Food quality is great and fast service! So glad Mexican pizza is back! I was so happy to have that menu item back after a long time!

Have ate here a lot and it seems to be to hard to either put all of our food in the bag or they just completely ruin the order. This only happens on night shift so who ever is the manager or shift lead needs to be trained better or need to trainer there employees better. Also if you mess a customers order up and they come to the door to let you know, instead of sending them back into the drive thru line that is going out the parking lot maybe fix there order there and not 30 mins later when the get to the window??? Also we can never seem to get a receipt even when paying with card, I can’t tell if that’s cause they mess up so many orders, and or don’t know how to fill the receipt paper from lack of training…….

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I wish I could've given this negative stars. I have come to this taco bell location many times over several years, and ever since they tore it done to rebuild, the customer service has gotten terrible.
Today's visit was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed my order online, because it was a large order. When I arrived, I was surprised they had put it into one bag, so I asked 'Is that everything?' The worker responded 'yeah, that's all of it'. When I arrived at home, they had left out 10 tacos and the rest of the order was smashed. Quesadillas had been crushed and stuck to the packaging so that they were ripped and shredded to the point half of the quesadilla went in the trash. The crunchwrap we ordered was little more than a tortilla, flat sheet and some lettuce. When I tried to call the store, no one would answer the phone. When I arrived back at the store, they had closed and locked the lobby. While I requested a manager to speak to me (even through the door) I was directed to the drive thru. Other employee laughed and carried on, and one felt so encouraged to hop and dance across the front of the door. Finally, one employee came to the door and listened to the issues, he responded "Oh, Okay". I stood at the door thinking they were attempting to resolve the issue (silly me) and after a few minutes they again started to direct me to the drive thru. So I went to the drive thru and waited to get to the speaker, when I did the lady on the other end cut me off before understanding I had already ordered and tried to 'find' the order that was already picked up. After I started to explain I was not there for a new order, I was directed to pull forward so a manager could talk with me. When I got to the window, The manager asks "what was wrong with the order?" I explained that I was missing tacos and she then acted shocked like that couldn't have happened. I showed her the receipt and she started to explain to me why, which amounts to the employees don't understand how to read the order on their receipts (which I had already figured out). While I tried to explain to her that I already knew the issues and didn't care for her to continue to explain it to me, she responded with 'I am trying be nice and explain what happened'. I told her that would have been more appreciated if the explanation had occurred when I called, or when I arrived at the store and instead of having employees laughing and dancing in front of me. I went on to explain that much of the order I did receive was poorly made or handled and little was of good enough quality worth paying for. She asked where the food was, because she needed it to replace any of the order, I told her I left the food I received at home so the kids who had expected dinner could eat what was available. She then asked 'what do you want me to do?' I said, "well I think at minimum you could give me the 10 tacos you left off of my order." she responded rudely and said 'okay' and returned to her cell phone call. Yes unsurprisingly, she had held her cellphone in plain sight the entire time. After waiting for the rest of the tacos to be made the only person who showed any level of customer service apologized for the issues. Again, silly me, thinking that everything was okay now, when I got home the tacos had been slung together and mangled. The meat and toppings were more on the wrapper than the shell, several tacos looked like they were squeezed, and then thrown into the bag. These were then thrown away as well.
I am extremely disappointed with this service, quality, and treatment. This store used to be one of the very best taco bells, now I can't see myself ever going back to it. Absolutely DEPLORABLE!

Dine in, all the right order. My crunchwrap was made messy not folded in properly which resulted in much of the shell being empty and dried out such that I threw away alot of the shell and had a less enjoyable wrap. That said everything else for three people was made correctly, fresh, and tasted good.
