Scoop's Ice Cream

This was my first time at this particular location. I like that they had plenty of seating! As always, the ice cream is great and there are plenty of options. There was hardly any wait at the walk up windows due to the mild rain. My only complaint is about the sizing. One of the staff members was upset that the other staff member served us kids sizes, because we are not children. We just want *less* ice cream than a small so I wish there wasn’t a problem. We got our ice cream as we wanted but wish it wasn’t a big deal. The moose tracks are great if you like buckeye ice cream.

Very large portions for a great price. Got 3 single scoops; 1 in bowl, 1 in waffle bowl, and 1 in waffle cone and it was only 13.01👀 it was honestly enough ice cream for 6 people. Pineapple orange had bits if dried fruit. Peanut butter moose tracks was very rich. Monster cookie dough was great too but ice cream is blue and will stain you if you're not careful 😉

Scoops was very busy when we arrived. We waited in line and it wasn't too long of a wait. I wanted to get the Blueberry Waffle Cone flavor but they were out. I ended up getting triple peanut butter and it was delicious. My P2 (husband) says the vanilla soft serve is the best in town. Thanks for being there for our community!

One of my favorite spots in Kokomo! Staff is always very helpful and friendly! Prices are fair for the generous portion sizes of the ice cream. Can't speak much on any hot food, except the tater tots, which are amazing! The lines can be pretty long but I'm glad they're getting the business! My only complaint is that it's only open seasonally (late spring-fall). I wish they'd stay open all year to cater to my ice cream addiction 🤤 but I enjoy every visit!

Terrible service. I arrived to the store and was refused service after begging and pleading with the employees there at the time. I just wanted to get my son some ice cream for his birthday and instead he’s scarred for life with a memory of him getting yelled and viciously cursed at. No child should have to go through what he had to go through on their 10th birthdays. I will not rest until my son is awarded justice by getting everybody that made his birthday bad fired. I also plan on suing and my lawyers are on standby now. Count your days “Scoops”
