Bob Evans

I just wanted to take a minute and give this location my appreciation for a really good experience. We arrive at noon and they were busy both dining room and carryout. Although they were extremely understaffed they all worked together and were kind and accommodating even though they were spread thin. The host was seating, ringing, and helping clean tables same with the carryout lady. I counted 6 people including the manager working the front. There were some ppl waiting to be seated ahead of us that were rude and had no patience with the host. I think during this challenging time where restaurants are struggling with staffing we should all remember to be kind they are doing the best they can and if you are in a hurry perhaps you should make your own lunch. Our food was perfect and our server was on point. The wait was reasonable. The staff was working so hard my mother and I both felt like we should be helping! Thank you to everyone who was working at this location at lunch on 09/29!

The food was pretty good. The wait to be seated was really long. It was chaos behind the counter. When we finally got seated our waitress wasn't as friendly as the ones around us. She didn't check on us. And never asked if I wanted more to drink. I'll be requesting a specific waitress when I go in next time.

Horrible experience. We were seated immediately and our server was prompt in taking our order of eggs over medium and a cheese omelet. Food finally arrived after about 45 minutes, with the cheese still cold and firm in the omelet. Server never offered or brought jelly for the toast. I understand staff shortage issues, but all the server had to do was inform us before placing the order that it would be a 45 minute wait so we could decide whether to try somewhere else. No consideration of the customer whatsoever, and it'll be a very long time before I enter another Bob Evans restaurant.

My parents went there and got a salad for me and I always get their French dressing just for them to bring home Ranch dressing because they ran out of French. This has never happened to me before and I do not like Ranch lol. And now I’m guessing they changed their French dressing? Nowhere near as good as the original! So disappointed!

Bob Heaven's, down on the farm. If going over to your great aunt's farm for dinner was a restaurant, this is it. Home cooked meals, made to order. Although, I'm quite certain my great aunt would absolutely not use a microwave to heat some of the dishes that Bob Evan's does. Before you destroy me in the comments, I don't know for certain that they use a microwave to heat certain types of foods including, but not limited to meats & poultry, we'll call it a hunch. To be fair, my great aunt may microwave random entree's that I have never been aware of, who knows? But yeah, for the most part I never leave here unsatisfied, it's like a hearty home cooked meal, absolutely delicious breakfast selection. Love the biscuits & gravy!!! Would highly recommend, 10 out of 10.
