Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered online and it said it would be done in about 25-30 minutes. I waited more than that in the store to get my food. I got there about 5 minutes after it said it was supposed to be done. Not only that, there were 6 people that came in after me for pick up, 5 of them got their food and they lost one of the tickets! Half of my food was cold and the fries were rock hard when I got home. Not to mention they tasted preheated and old. I only live about 5 minutes away. Don’t recommend. Also they weren’t busy when I got there.

No complaints with the food. I ordered some boneless wings online and it gave me an order ready time of 540pm. I showed up at 540 and waited 8 minutes before anyone asked my name. It took until 553 before I received my order. The same thing happened to me about 3 months ago. Honestly I don't mind it taking awhile to prepare but, just give me the correct pick up time and I will wait to pick up my order. I am working second shift and I am on my dinner break...now I have to work over to make up lost time while waiting on my food.

Ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich along with teriyaki and spicy garlic boneless wings online for pickup. Pro Tip: check to make sure your wings have been sauced before leaving. The spicy garlic wings were sauced perfectly. The teriyaki ones had almost no sauce at all. Same with the sandwich. Only a tiny fraction had any hot sauce. However, despite that (major) shortcoming, the sandwich was amazing and is the reason for 4 stars.

Tim our server was on top of it ..if you go n he is working is is very respectful n good at his job..by saying that I mean is makes sure everything is good n you got what you need at all times if your out or close he will ask or bring you what it is that u need..thanks TIM for your great respect ...thanks from the Browning family..
