O2 Bar Cum Restaurant

It is a good hotel for a short stay. Location is good as it is very near to airport. They have parking too. Rooms are on the smaller side and I missed a dedicated work desk that you find in most hotel. The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is good and the staff is very polite and hopeful.

Nice location. Very near to airport. It is on Road and have parking. Very clean. Rooms are little bit cozy but clean. Bathrooms are well maintained. There is a intercom in bathroom, which is not common among hotels. Restaurant is there and food quality was good. There is a bar which is little bit costly, not too much options but it's ok.

I stayed at this hotel yesterday for one night. Good things first:- 1) I received a professional welcome letter even before I checked in 2) Front Desk employees were thoroughly professional. 3) Room quality & amenities were as per standards. Although I found drinking water provided per person was little lesser in quantity 4) Breakfast spread wasn't lavish, but optimum & decent Only terrible thing I found was the "Management Policy" in terms of IRD. I'm an individual who spent 16+ years in hotel chains like Hyatt, Starwood, Carlson Rezidor. I have never seen a policy where guests are forced for spot payment for IRD. The IRD personnel told me on my face that "You'll have to make the payment every time you order, the same cannot be posted in room folio". He also insisted for cash payment which I denied. Ultimately I paid by card. I do not blame the service lad . From my own experience, I understood he was simply following "Management Instructions" During breakfast, I saw the foreigners are also staying in the hotel. Such WORD OF MOUTH may not be good for the hotel, even though everything else is top notch as per the price I have paid

Great value for the price. Very close to the airport. The rooms are not luxury but then are very clean and have everything you would need for a sleeout. The hotel staff is very helpful and prompt with any requests. The restaurant also has buffet avaialble for the breakfast. The food quality is really good . We ordered of the menu and it was great. I would recommend this place if u are going to stay for a night or couple before you move to ur next destination.
