The prices are too much. The Tandoori zinger burger is really good. Also, the choco mud cake and coffee mousse cake. But the fried chicken is not good at all. Very dry and no flavour. Avoid that.

Double chicken burger is my new favorite now. Amazing piece of crispy chicken. however, In kolkata's weather when we are out for places like KFC we expect a cool environment inside. The AC doesn't works properly which makes me always opt for some other dine in option.

The burger was not at all good, it was just fried chicken and mayonnaise clubbed with bun.
Liked the hot and crispy wings and the classic chicken roll was really good, crisp, fresh and a bit spicy.
Would recommend if you're a fan of fried chicken, they use fried chicken in every possible dish.

The service was excellent the taste was good but maybe KFC changed their recipe because the chicken was less juicy

KFC needs no introduction. It best known for it's crispy fried chicken with original herbs and spices. The KFC in City Centre is not different with adequete sitting area. It also has hand wash area and other sanitation measures. KFC recently expanded their menu to cater the Indian palette with roll and biriyani. But I would suggest stick to their original fried chicken. Tge grilled chicken is also good.

I have avoided KFC for last 6 years simply because it is an addictive unhealthy food. However, after the Puja festivity is over, to lift the mood, decided to visit this place. We ordered Hot and Crispy Chicken Bucket, Peri Peri Chicken Strips with two dips, Large Fries and Mojito. Peri Peri Chicken Strips were good. Others, as usual. I cannot comment on whether the taste has gone up or down over the years because to be frank, I do not recall the taste 6 years back. But if you are on for a fun time, go and have some fried chicken.

Good food, like the other outlets. Located inside City Center 2, ground floor. Easy to find. Staff behavior is good. Food quality is also good. Visited several times. This place usually stays crowded although the food processing time is not that long hence waiting time is less. Sitting area is quite large so it gets easy to to find a seat during the crowded time also.
