The Kum Kum Roll Shop

One of my all time favourite food vendor. They are situated in front of Swami Vivekananda's ancestral house on Bidhan Sarani. It is a old restaurant. I am seeing them since 2005. But they might have started long before that. Initially they started with rolls and chowmin and lateron expanded to many items. Their eggroll is their speciality and is very tasty. I remember the first eggroll what i ate here in 2007 (+/-1 year ) was Rs 8 only. Now it is Rs 40. They also have chicken roll, egg-chiken roll, mutton roll, paneer roll etc. They also offer fried rice, chowmin, momo in different flavours. As they are street vendor, seating is offered is on benches kept on footpath.
