This place is great and I am truly amaze with the level of customer services offered by the staff in City Centre (NewTown) McDonald's especially one of the Manager by the name Ms. Shoumi. While my son was tired resting in this McD after having to walk a long day trip in the city, she somehow notice us as "Tourist", came over to entertain my son with some cute little McDonald's paper toy while at the same time ensuring all our foods are properly delivered. I see a great definition of amazing hospitality in Kolkata and people around here is very approachable. Well done McDonald's @ City Centre !

McDonald's is a well known name to all the food lovers, so there's nothing much to say about it. This outlet of McD is located on the ground floor of City Centre 2 in Newtown. It us quite spacious and can accomodate quite a number of foodies. Recently they have introduced food ordering machine points where you can yourself choose all the available food options alongwith toppings and place order yourself using card or upi payment. Waiting time for food arrival is normal and the food is quite good at this outlet. Burgers and floaters are my all time fav here and its a must try. Overall its a nice McD outlet located at a good location of Newtown ✌🏻✌🏻

The classic favorites such as Big Mac and Chicken McNuggets were just as delicious as I remembered. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was served hot and promptly. However, I did notice a slight inconsistency in the portion sizes, as some items seemed smaller than usual. Nonetheless, the taste and flavor were not compromised. The restaurant's speed of service was impressive. Despite the lunchtime rush, my order was prepared swiftly and accurately. The efficiency in handling the crowd was commendable, ensuring that customers didn't have to wait too long to receive their meals. While the majority of my visit to CC2 McDonald's was positive, there is one aspect that could be improved—the seating capacity. During peak hours, it can be challenging to find an available seat, leading to some customers having to wait or choose takeaway options. Increasing the seating capacity or optimizing the layout could help alleviate this issue and provide a more comfortable dining experience for everyone. Overall, CC2 McDonald's delivered an enjoyable dining experience. The friendly staff, clean environment, and delicious food made my visit memorable. With a few improvements, such as addressing portion consistency and optimizing seating capacity, this McDonald's branch has the potential to be even better. I would definitely recommend CC2 McDonald's to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. No doubt that I love McD.. but the service time is very slow. They should work on the service timing. After shouting and asking for a refund, I got my order served by the manager himself and that also after waiting for 57 minutes. The wait time for food is too much. But the good thing always takes time right...so no worries, I hope they will work on that .. The food I have nothing to say... You all already know. But I love the self service order thingy... It's cool. ,👍🏻
