Here food is costly but overall tasty. Service personnel asks for tips when paid through online which is not at all a good practice in hospitality industry. Service personnel are also not very attentive. Sitting area both inside and outside is good but outside sitting area is very dark. Even it is a bar but minimum lighting is required which is not....

Generally table services are pretty good. However, faced rude behaviours from waiters during an occasion (Durga puja). Foods are okay but you cannot expect good services and behaviours during festivals.

Waiters are expected to be sober but seemed rude to customers. They should be more helpful. Ambiance is good and ideal for parties. Menu is more focused towards bar items.

I give u 4 stars because of there is not music playing in that time when i gone. Everything is good service also. The food is modarate, chilling beers. Cool ambience. Enjoy the atmosphere.
