The cakes are so amazing but the service is poor. They gave me the wrong order which I didn't discover until I got home. When I brought it back to get the correct order they didn't apologize for the mix up.

We ordered online for our daughter's birthday. The order was filled correctly. We went to the LaGrange store even though we live a 1/4 mile from the Orland Park store because we heard there was a Covid- 19 outbreak in the Orland Park store, and that the Orland Park store manager didn't take CDC guidelines seriously. The LaGrange store seemed to operate safely.
