Taco Bell

I've been going to this location over the past couple decades, even before it was a taco bell. But times change and so do the people owning, operating, and working in them. After the entire building was torn down and rebuilt a couple years ago, I'd say the place improved a bit. I usually never have a problem when I go in or when I go through the drive through. I went through 4/12/22 at lunch time and the food I ordered and received was very hot and fresh. The people working the drive through at the speaker and the window were nice to me, so hats off to them. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone that likes Taco Bell, keep up the good work!

Drive thru actually posted a sign about the availability of certain items due to delivery service and other circumstances affected by the economy and when I asked which items weren't available, nothing was. So, good start there. Took my order and it had plenty of cars in front of me, and plenty behind, but the line moved at a nice pace, and the food was correct, and the only reason to really complain would be the amount upcharge for a supreme vs. not. Adding tomatoes and sour cream shouldn't cost me an arm and leg and then be running for its life when consumed.

If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would. where do I begin? this is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've lived in La Grange all my life and it's just gotten worse and worst throuout the years. You will wait there in line for 30-45 minutes each visit. Every single time I go there after 10 PM they tell me that they are unable to serve me because of a different excuse each time: they are short staffed, they need to clean, food shortage... the list goes on. It's been that way for a few months now. why not just close the store at 11 if it's that bad. why run up the labor? The last time I went they didn't cut my quesadilla and I took it back through the drive-through and asked them to cut it...and so they told me they would. I gave it back to them and when they handed it back to me a second time it had marks from like it was cut but there was no actual real cuts in the quesadilla. pretty annoying too. Now I went back I ordered 6 items total. 3 items, 2 of each if thatales sense. Though when I got to the window i explained to them that I had ordered 2 burritos with my food they told me that they can't do any add ons at the window. it wasn't an add on, they just misheard me... and there was only 3 cars on lot so what was the big issue? I could have just pulled forward like the other vehicle if it was such a problem.This poor girl at the window just seems so clueless every time I go. I am a restaurant manager as well. clearly someone needs to come in and train this staff better or management needs to be changed, but something needs to be done because it is absolutely ridiculous that I have issues every single time I come to this Taco Bell. unfortunately I love the food and would sell my soul for it.

Stopping at night has unfortunately become a complete coin toss on whether or not you will even be able to order food. It's become a genuine problem with the restaurant consistently being out of the meats at night. It really isn't hard to check up on your food drops and drop more as needed. Night management is a joke.
