- Insaneeee wait times..at least half hour in drive thru every time - Terrible customer service - Never get order right at speaker - Always missing an item when given the food at the last window - Poor food and drinks - Ice cream machine always “broken” and much more..needs new management or something? How can it still be operating like this for so long..surely something has to be done about this eventually?

Very sad effort at a whopper. Got the road house whopper, zero lettuce, onion chunks not slices, bun was cold and not even slightly toasted, bacon was basically raw. I get these are fast food joints and don't expect to get what you see on the menu, but this effort was pushing the what's acceptable limit.

I came through at 10:45 tonight and the worker on window 2 that handed my food was amazing! She was so polite and kind. Can’t say the same about the worker on window 1 that took my payment. Had his back to me and pushed the eftpos machine at me to pay. He kept glancing at me like I looked crazy, not cool.

I don’t tend to write negative reviews for fast food places because I understand that they are stressed about their jobs. But tonight’s team on the 31st of may were totally incompetent in their jobs. We waited 30 minutes for our order because they ran out of rebel Patties, my partner conveyed that I don’t really care what pattie it is because I haven’t eaten all day. The lady at the till doesn’t convey that to her team. So the cooks try and keep delaying the fact they can’t make a rebel burger. They also laughed at the fact that I ordered my burger without lettuce or tomato, I hate them as they don’t feel right In my mouth, what the pattie is made of is irrelevant. The cleaner also threw his rag around our drinks multiple times. The entire team was just sitting around the till area. Chatting. Not doing anything. The manager had to ask for more fires over 5 times. Now, I understand that talking and chatting to your team is fun and great way to relieve stress, but not when a clearly hungry worker is waiting 30 minutes for their food. On top of that, they never asked if I was okay or even apologise for the delay.
