We came in for a quick lunch and were promptly seated, despite the cafe being very busy. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. The breakfast stack with avocado, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, halloumi and chilli jam was especially delicious. The chilli jam was a perfect combination to tie all the elements together. A pleasant surprise, and definitely a place I would be happy to visit again should I be around the area.

Another football season commences today - always good to pick up supplies at their pop up shop next to the city museum. Opted for the pork, cheese and onion - infinitely better than anything I can probably find on my travels.

Food is delicious no complaints whatsoever. Staff are very welcoming and do a great job. Had an all day breakfast 🍳, the best for a long time. I took some Cornish pasties home which were beautiful. Highly recommended.

Didn't enjoy the food much. Was expecting a lot more than what we got. Service was brilliant however food was a little let down.
I feel there are better places for the cost.

The food here and the service was excellent! It was very busy and we were lucky to get a seat. I had the signature club sandwich and it was ace! Try it for yourself 👍🏻

We often go for lunch here and have a pasty, very nice it is too. This time we decided to go for afternoon tea. It was really good, everything was freshly baked and there was plenty for two people. You can choose your fillings, we had 3 x half baguettes each with egg mayo, ham and tomato and cheese and onion chutney. There was also two slices of quiche, two macarons, two custard slices quarters, two beautiful stodgy brownies, two sausage rolls, pork pies and two scones complete with clotted cream and jam. All finished off with a huge pot of tea. Stuffed and very satisfied.
