Red Lobster

The place wasn't busy at all... The waiter was EXTREMELY rude... Kept walkin' past our table.. Finally, in the process of ordering (ultimate shrimp) He was pressuring us about the final choice ..never suggesting anything.. kept telling us to hurry up and make up our minds... During the duration of being there, the waiter never checked up on us. Finally came over to us and said, "Guess you want more. ".. we waited about 20 minutes for a drink refill and only cause we called him towards us... He was very nasty to other employees Come time to pay ..it was a very big argument about us paying with gift cards He continued to talk to another employee about us IRRITATING him... We had enough of him ..went to manager And she was the nicest person .. She helped us out and kept apologizing... THE FOOD was awesome ...other employees were so nice... For this reason.i Really don't think I would recommend this place..or would at least warn them.

I love Red Lobster, but... I feel like every time we go to this one something is not right. Tonight our waitress got our food correct but my husband and son sat for nearly 15 minutes waiting for drinks, we ask 3 times for biscuits, she took her time collecting our bill then again taking the payment.. now I'm a nurse I understand fluidity and efficiency with time management but they weren't that busy I totally felt like she wasn't coming our way until she had more than one thing to bring multiple tables. (That was pointed out by my husband and mind you he never complains even when his food is stone cold) when we did get our food both mine and my son's was over cook and tough to chew. It's a shame to pay that much money for someone's poor work ethics. UPDATE: so we tried it again much MUCH better seafood was cooked well and service was friendly, funny and attentive. Post pics love me some Crab Leg's and I love there coconut shrimp. We'll try again

My wife & I visited for lunch. We were seated right away by a very polite hostess and our server appeared not long after. We ordered and received our drinks and our server took our lunch orders. I had the Fish & Chips and my wife asked the server for a recommendation. Our server recommended the Salmon New Orleans. Our meals arrived hot and the food was good. I can't say the food knocked our socks off or that there was something incredibly special about it - it was just good, and that was OK. We sat in an area that was a bit too cold for me but the atmosphere in the restaurant was fine. The music was at a comfortable level and the interior was clean. Our server was superb. Not much more I can say about that. I wish I could remember her name, but as I age things don't work like they used to. Anyway, we had a good experience with some good food and excellent service, and we will be back. There's more stuff on the menu I'd like to try.

Food was great. Waitress was nice but overwhelmed as she was also bartender. Atmosphere was terrible. We are a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) and they put us at a table that was kinda wedged into the side of the bar area. Dim lighting, directly next to the bar, in a cramped space that was also next to walkway to the main dining area. Parking was ample with wheelchair accessible entrance. Place was clean.
