Issei Noodle

Photo worthy ramen! Attentive server without being a pest. Atmosphere was fine... nothing noteworthy. The first sip of broth... ohh I was in love! So flavourful, so smooth. The ramen and pork were awesome, and the egg was cooked perfectly. I'm keeping this short as I'm about to dig into my leftovers!

I have wanted to try this place for months and finally got around to it. This place is ridiculously good ! Tucked away in a shopping center on Queen St, this is authentic ramen. The servings are massive and I got the Wonton Ramen and added the spicy tan-tan sauce, which I highly recommend. They also have a variety of Japanese beer and sake. I can’t wait to come back and try something different.

We ordered Wonton Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, Chabu Ramen, Issei Pho with Shrimp, and Sakura (dry) Ramen. And Highly Recommend Sakura Ramen if you are not looking for something with soup. They all tasted very good. The noodles are completely soaked by the rich ingredients and it tastes so well. My mother in law found six shrimp in her bowl and said her dish could cost doubled price in mainline area. LOL. The service are nice as well. The waitress is super friendly with my children. We stayed over 2pm (they close at 2pm) and my son spilled some noodle soup on the floor. The waitress was very patient with us.

A favorite location for my wife and I! You truly can’t go wrong eating here. The atmosphere is amazing and the service is fantastic! And let me just take a moment to talk about the food… It’s some of the best in Lancaster! The ramen left me feeling so full and satisfied, I absolutely had to take it home. You won’t be disappointed!
