Heritage Hotel Lancaster

Everything about this hotel was pleasant. It was clean it was carpeted beds were soft, shower pressure amazinggggg staff super sweet and the pool!!! Was so clean, relaxing everything we was seeking for our labor day. Breakfast!!!!! Oh my goodness it was amazing!!!!! The staff that morning went above and beyond to accommodate my son and I and I can't thank them enough. I wish I would have stayed another night but wanted to check out the area. Do yourself a favor stay here! For peace and quiet and good fooooood.

We stayed here as part of a two-day trip to Lancaster. The room was clean, beds comfortable. My only disappointment was the breakfast buffet in the morning. I had french toast and sausage. By the time I found a seat, my food was stone cold. I only encountered one wait staff when I asked if there were any open tables anywhere. I had been injured, was using a rolling walker, and struggled with a plate, and she pointed me to one of those high pub tables . I explained that I couldn't sit there, and she told me that I would just have to go find somewhere to sit. Not exactly good customer service.
