Charleys Cheesesteaks

I ate at this Charley’s location and have to say I was highly impressed the young man who took my order I think his name was Jim, he was prompt and helpful with any questions I needed answered. The food was perfectly cooked and one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever eaten. The whole crew would get a thumbs up from me. Only problem was the short guy who forgot my fries and called out the wrong number.

This Charley's Cheesesteaks, located in the Food Court at Park City Mall, has an exceptional young man named Michael! Having never been at Charley's, he was helpful, kind, attentive & personable...and I'm sure I'll be back to try his favorite: chicken teriyaki!! I did take a picture...but it was after I enjoyed it!!

Excellent food. My Coke was flat but this happens. The cashier didn't tell me I would need my number to get my order so I had to dig it out of my pocket. Very reasonable price especially for ranch sauce cheese and bacon on the fries. I don't think I've ever had a truly bad experience here. When I told them that my soda didn't taste right they immediately replaced it and offered something else. It was a little busy but again this is to be expected from the weekend

Just got a philly cheese steak like I always do when I pop into the mall. Hey what can I say I haven’t been disappointed yet so I will continue to go back. The food is hot, fresh and most importantly tasty with the right amount of seasoning. As much as I loved the cheesesteak the fries stole the show. Those fries are the floppy wimpy little fires that you get at a lot of other chain restaurants. They are nice, thick and crispy enjoyable to the very last bite. I’m not in town often but when I am ill make sure to keep popping in since they always give me my moneys worth.
