I order my in a bit of an unusual way 99 percent of the time it comes out right and the few times it didn't they have been great about getting it fixed. The food here is pretty consistent which is something I cant say for other Pizza Huts. If I am craving pizza hut this is the one I go to.

We placed an order for delivery near close. Our drinks were missing. The delivery driver went back to store and delivered our drinks. The food was hot and very good!

The food is delicious as expected. But I especially want to praise the team who was working last night. Bitter cold night, people arriving for pickups, curbside, making new orders. And a lobby full of cold people watching them work. They filled orders quickly, greeted customers promptly and all with a smile.

Overall it was good food and good service. They are short staffed but that never stops them from working there butts off. We order pizza from them a few times a month. Every time they’re great. Even while short staffed. Sometimes only having 2 people working. It may run behind on time, but they’re still doing their best and super apologetic and getting out pizzas as fast as possible.

Pizza was extremely tasty- hot & delicious-thin crust- half sausage, half roma tom.,green peppers-- extra marinara sauce - YUMMY!! We only go to Pizza Hut-We LOVE Pizza Hut Sauce-nothing compares to it!

Arrived to Lancaster, PA, about 15 minutes till 10 after spending all day at Hershey park. Everything was either closed or closing at 10. Ordered pizza since the gps said it was only 4 miles from hotel. The gps took us the long way and we didnt arrive until 10:20, was very happy that Pizza Hut was still open so I could feed my starving family.
