Phebie's Cafe

What a gem in the high desert. We went for the first time and were very impressed. The wait staff was great, and we really enjoyed our meals. We had the eggs Florentine and the Hungry Traveller, all yummy! Be warned… Hungry Traveller is probably enough food to feed 2-3 people. Bravo to Phebies cafe because it was cleanlier than a lot of other breakfast spots in the area. We’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu.

I absolutely love this place!!! It always feels like home. Every time I walk in the staff is super friendly, even when I’m not in the best mood and hangry ;). Kasey is a sweetheart, she’s lovely and an awesome waitress. I love her attitude. I highly recommend this place!!! Don’t let the outside influence your decision to stop by. This place is truly a hidden gem in the AV. Must try!! You’ll thank me later!

Fast courteous service! Had breakfast on Saturday afternoon and got a table right away. Phebies Cafe was busy but waitress greeted us right away and took our drink order. Just minutes after getting our drinks, we placed our food order and it arrived promptly. Prices are affordable and servings are generous. Everything was good but was hoping the biscuits and gravy were better based on the recommendations friends gave me. It’s rare to get great biscuit n gravy and Phebies being good I wasn’t too disappointed. Overall 5 stars! Great job and great staff! I ordered “the hungry traveler” 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 3 sausages and hash browns, pancakes and biscuits and gravy for $14.99, Which is pictured in my review. If you are looking for all American breakfast and want good food without the poor service you usually get at the franchise restaurant and typically have to wait for seating, I recommend Phebies Cafe.
