Subway

Called number said that all the staff is busy in automated system I'm here to pick up a delivery I work for doordash And the light dark-skinned lady was rude and said how I needed to call the number on the and I said I did and she did not believe me until another costumer backed up what I said. And when I pointed out the sign in the photo says there open 12am to 7am for the next too weeks. And she makes a excuse saying who ever made and posted it. Typed it wrong. I tell them about how long bc I have other orders. And she goes we haven't started it we are short staffed and all im hearing his complaining as they take to a pervious employee who just chatting with them bc the other female working had texted them complaining how she was left alone for 1 hr. And the other girl like what you going to do Thursday. If there's this much issues with just staffing alone and apparently this weekend this location going to be closed Mayne you should just close and focus on hiring actual reliable trustworthy people. And retrain the ones you have. Considering 1 of the 2 working rn is putting in a 2 week notice I got here at 12:10am and I'm leaving now at 12:25.

Worst Subway by far! I love subway and usually have a good experience. However, this was not the case with this location. The attitudes of a couple of the team mates were not a good representation of this establishment at all. Didn’t really have what I wanted wanted so I got the soup that I love and she barely put anything in it (very unlike my weekly experience) and had an attitude when I asked for a little more. The bright side is that there are many other locations for me to continue enjoying going forward. Very disappointing, will NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!. (Planned to dine in and decided not to based on my experience)

The food was okay. The attitude of the staff was not good. We ordered five sandwiches and had to repeat what we said many times and they still made mistakes. J and 20th street east is the best subway in the High Desert!!! This is the second time I have been disappointed at this subway. I will not go back.
