Carl's Jr.

I usually go to the location on Sierra HWY but I was close to this location so I chose to stop here my fries were fresh great service the only thing I was disappointed with is my burger the bun was burnt and didn’t taste fresh and for paying close to 20 you expect everything to be fresh and not burnt before you serve it. Needless to say I would rather drive longer to the other location I never had this experience.

Worst Carls Jr in town. Can't follow simple instructions. Ordered online yesterday Wednesday Feb. 9th 2022. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at Carls Jr. Clearly on the receipt it said no cheese no mayo on and beyond patty substitute clear as day. They couldn't even put it together correctly. Vegans do like to eat at this restaurant/establishment. This experience probably just made me not want to support Carl's ever again.

Went to this establishment today and was very disappointed. I was wondering why the guy at the window was extra friendly. Every time I come this location they never get your order right. If I wasn't press for time I would return and demand my money back. The order I got today was the first spicy chicken sandwich and it taste like it's been sitting for days the bread was fallen apart the sandwich wasn't even hot as to the fries they were absolutely fresh but was not what I had order so I guess this was to make up for the stale burger. I also order a strawberry shake a couple times when I went the shake was watery. Fyi don't visit this place on the weekends the employees apparently doesn't care if they get low reviews..
