Raising Cane's

My food and customer service was fine. HOWEVER, whichever manager was working around 8:20pm on Friday June 17th, should absolutely be fired. As I approached the pay window, I was greeted by a nice young man, who was RUDELY interrupted by his manager screaming at him and asking where his headset was. It was on his head. He was with a customer, aka me, which trump's the headset cross conversation. He apologized to me, and we completed the transaction. At the pickup window I was greeted by 3 individuals and I asked to speak to the manager. A young lady says 'she asked that nobody disturb her', and she looked terrified. I decided it was probably best to just leave, but it cannot end there. Management should not treat employees that way. I thought Cane's was better than that.

This place cranks out chicken! Line wrapped around the building and back towards the entry point? Sit it out, you’ll be there in 5 or less I’m telling ya. These managers have this baby fine tuned for speed, freshness and accuracy. Had been that way pretty much since opening. I wish Chipotle would take some notes ( oh what’s that a long line, yeah I’ll randomly go sweep now 🙄) . And the cheeky one liners at the drive through never fail to make ya laugh mid thought while staring at the menu. Still not sure why I do that, 3-4-5 or sammich 🤷🏻‍♂️ gets me every time. But they are quick the food is always hot and made as they’re ordered. When it’s back to open inside, they great every single person through the door, policy I reckon but it sets them apart from the rest. Always my go to when I’m on that side of town.

This place is expensive yet totally worth eating!! The establishment is really clean and the staff is very friendly. The chicken is super moist and flaky. The crust is crispy and makes it explode on your taste bud's. The fries are great along side the Texas toast! And the Cane's sauce is absolutely drinkable. Highly recommend if you can afford it. I would eat here more often if it wasn't so pricey.

Came through on 1/20/22. I usually frequent this location like once a month but yesterday was just a bad experience. The chicken breading is usually not incredibly hard and chewy, even the chicken texture was hard. It almost seemed like the chicken was fried a second time to make it warm. For close to $10 this really makes it not worth it. I could of had a better meal getting chicken nuggets at another chain for less money.

First off, I'm honestly no fan their food. However, we were welcomed promptly by a group of young employees, food was quick and hit, most of all, the associates were very thorough while cleaning. I wish most restaurants would put this much effort and pride into their in keeping everything clean and sanitized.
