Square 7 Coffee House

My family and I love this little shop. We don't usually get snacks here (my kids are picky) but I've had coffee and the smoothies a few times and I'm never disappointed. The real draw of course is the paint your own pottery items. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, but they're not super in your face like other places. They let you do your thing and I've never once felt rushed or unwelcome! Even my youngest daughter, who is 3, has fun here and has asked to come back. The prices are really fair and they will take care of you if something happens to your pieces - the kiln fired too high once and an entire load of pieces was destroyed. It was unfortunate but sometimes things happen. We were given a voucher to completely replace what we had done and the staff even went out of their way to try and obtain another dragon exactly like the one my daughter had made. It didn't work out, but it meant a lot that they tried!!! Come here by yourself or with friends or family. You won't be disappointed!

I have been wanting to go to Art and Clay for a very long time and me and my Boyfriend finally decided to go one day. We had a blast. We ordered some drinks and sat down and started painting. It’s a very simple system once you figure it out. I do believe more signs should be out explaining a little more of the process, or maybe it was our lack of observing. That’s the only negative I saw. It was comfortable and inviting. Staff were very nice and helpful. I will be coming again and highly recommend.

This place was alot of fun! We arrived late on a Saturday and didn't finish our pieces so we came back a second time on Sunday to do so. Dozens of fun pieces to choose from and a good selection of glazes. Tools and techniques available to create your own one of a kind piece. I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished pieces soon. The buckeye frappe at the cafe was fantastic too, very decadent way to finish our visit.

I come here for the coffee the staff is always friendly, maybe one day I'll have time to paint something it sounds like fun. For now sadly I can only tell you the coffee is worth the stop. I recommend the Mocha cold brew it's what I always get. Though nobody I've taken there has had anything bad to say about the coffee.
