Subway

I went there and had been standing in line and someone came in after me and the lady took her order first even though I had been standing there. I left and ordered online. When I got to curbside they wernt making my order one was talking to a lady and sweeping the floor and one was standing there .. I called to say I'm here and it was another 15 minutes . 3 cust walked in after that and got their order done

It seems like either management isn’t properly trained, or doesn’t check on the staff. There’s a couple younger people who spend the whole time flirting with each other and jokingly blaming each other when a sauce or bread is out. Today we ordered online and when I came in to pickup, nothing was on the pickup rack. I waited after the register while the employees served about 8-10 other people before I was given my food, which was soggy at that point. I’ve also overheard employees in the past getting nervous when they think the owner was stopping in.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, that would be my rating for this place. I used to only go to this Subway due to the other Subways around town customer service not being very good. This one the last few times I went there they are always out of something whether it be tomato’s, cookies and one time even bread.... tonight I went there bc my daughter loves the ham and cheese kids subs at Subway and the girl working there tried to give me a piece of bread literally an inch wide for a kids sub? I corrected her by telling her they are not that small and asked her to do it again.... so she did and this time it was about 2 inches wide and she tried to tell me that is how the kids subs are supposed to be made.... I told her I know differently and asked her once again to make it again.... she finally did it right and her hair was a mess and and everywhere with no hair net. I asked her if she would put one on she said she was not required to wear hair nets.... if that is the case then Subway needs to change their rules a bit or make sure their employees have their hair pulled back in a bun securely out of the way of getting in customers food. This girl had a horrible attitude for customer service and I will NEVER go back to this Subway either. Disappointed in the work ethic and respect of employees in food places anymore making it to where you can’t even enjoy your experience anywhere anymore. Good customer service and good work ethic are sadly few and far between anymore.
