Mark Pi's Express

The food is and always been great no complaints on the food. I am giving 3 stars for what I seen. I seen the female work the orders on the phone and drive through , and the people inside. Pack orders. And this is where it gets good. And cook some of the orders while the cook stood there watched while talking on his Bluetooth never had I seen anything like that. And this girl did it all with a smile and still super friendly and patient. I hope she is paid well cause they are short staffed. And I witnessed this girl did 3 different or more jobs all are once. It's hard to find help like that

The food was ready when I showed up at the scheduled time. However, this is, by far the worse food I have ordered for takeout in a while. Mark Pi's is the only place open on Monday that serves asian cuisine to order in Lancaster I haven't tried yet. I am going to stop up at the Chinese Asian Market in Columbus and just make my own Moo goo gai pan next time I decide would like it on a Monday. That's how bad it was, I would rather just take the time and make it myself because it was thrown away in the trash. I wouldn't let my dog eat it.

I haven't been to a Mark Pi's restaurant for a very long time but happened to be near one around lunch this week. I ordered take out: shrimp and pork egg roll ($2.30 each), hot chicken ($8.50), and chicken lo mein ($8.50). My wife said lo mein was typical and nothing special. Good portion though. My first bite of the hot chicken was really hot...I soon realized I must have had a hot pepper in it because no other bites were as spicy at this one. I enjoyed the hot chicken. It was cooked fresh and contained green peppers and onions. The taste was good although the meet was small bites of chicken and seemed a little overcooked for me. Overall nothing special but wouldn't mind returning again although I would not go out of my way to do so.

Saw there were no reviews on this place yet. So im writing one, this is second Chinese restaurant I have eaten at in Lancaster, well I got take out. My son loves the sweet and sour chicken. My brother loves the dumplings and I love the soup I had here. If you want to get fast take out as I usually do and love Chinese food I would recommend this place
