Wendy's

Many thanks to the manager working the closing shift tonight 05/24/2022. I had an issue with my Door dash delivery through the Wendy's App and she went above and beyond in rectifying the situation. Keep up the great work. Customer service is hard to come by these days, especially when the service industry has to put up with an ever increasing amount of entitled customers with bad attitudes.

For a restaurant that promotes fresh food on a giant plaque on the wall, the food was anything BUT fresh. The chicken on my sandwich was dryer than week old Thanksgiving turkey. the cheese wasn't melted on it and the tomato was soggy as was the lettuce. If I had to guess, this was a pre made sandwich that sat uneaten for at least several days. The server also put her finger in a drinking cup as she was pulling them out from under the counter. Thank goodness it wasn't my cup but that's sloppy procedure at it's worst. I won't eat here again.

I went inside to order because I had to use the restroom as well. Well I wasn't able to use the restroom because supposedly they were being cleaned. There is an offer that if you make any purchase you could receive a free chili or baconator fry. So I asked the girl and even showed her the offer that I had received from Wendy's. She said, "oh we're definitely not doing that". So I ask for a manager and was told they were outside. Okay, I'll wait. STILL NO MANAGER! I went ahead and ordered my food and asked to buy a couple of the $2.00 frosty tags. I was told they didn't have any. Well the girl in front of me ordered some and someone in the drive thru ordered some as well. I think the girl who took my order was lazy and didn't want to go get some more tags. And on top of that I received chicken nuggets that were cold all the way through. I couldn't go back in because they rushed me out because their "lobby was now closed". No way I wasn't waiting in the drive thru that was wrapped around the building. I AM CONTACTING CORPORATE IN THE MORNING!
