I am so displeased with this restaurant right now spend 30 bucks and have to go back because the fry's were cold and gross then get even worse fry's my daughter's happyeals we're skimpy and my bigac was supposed to be no middle bun..customer service by the girl at second window was rude and not apologizing for the wait or fact I had to drive back at all Worst experience at a fast food restaurant I have had and the phone won't go through to talk to a manager.. disappointed right now won't ever go back here

I tried to use the mobile app again and had issues. Finally went through the drive thru and initially was given the wrong order. At some point, the girl asked me to pull forward but I didn't hear her so when another lady brought my order, told me something to the affect they would pull my order the next time bc I refused to pull forward? Seriously? I had to ask her 3 times to repeat herself so shouldn't that give you a clue there was a communication issue?!!??

Every time I order a Carmel Frappa I tell them I want XX-CARMEL and they never do it and yes they charge me for it and the last 2 times I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with nothing on them and when I got home both times 1st off they were cold and 2nd 1 of them had cheese and I don't eat cheese and the other 1 it had lettuce and mayonnaise on it and I don't like mayonnaise I always bring them home and put Miracle Whip and thick sliced tomatoes on them that is why I order them plain I tell them I only want the chicken on a bun and also the bun was burnt on 1 of them I don't pay almost $4.00 for a sandwich that I can't even eat when I get home unless I have some buns to remake it but if that is the case I can buy the chicken at the store cheaper and fix them myself
